Cote de Pablo did a live video chat on April 23rd with fans and NCIS viewers where she answered questions that were posted on Twitter with the #askCote hashtag. Check out the

Okay, I still haven’t completely absorbed the episode yet (I will have to re-watch it a couple more times), but once again…Cote was fantastic. Amazing. Fabulous.
There were many things I loved: Tony finding Shmiel for Ziva, knowing that she would need him even if she would never reveal that to anyone. The moment Vance and Gibbs in the parking lot, with Vance knowing that Gibbs would understand what he was feeling better than anyone.
a;lskd;flakdsfl Just SO much.
What did Tony whisper to Ziva at the end?

So far, the only translation I’ve found is “You are not alone”, via this post on Tumblr here. But I have no verification for it. If I do find out for sure, I will post it here.
According to closed captioning, what he said was: Aht lo leh-vahd
Googling it, on this page, it does list that as “you are not alone”.
Also, the song playing at the end is “Not Alone” by Patty Griffin.

Crystal, this is Crystal. Thank you so much for this! I was looking all over the internet for the meaning of what Tony said to Ziva. Cote is amazing!
Loved the episode, but i do think that there was not enough cote on it. But her teary eye at the end was amazing! Superb actress.
I just got to see this episode, and I totally agree on your comments on Cote’s performance. That was awesome!
And I think the producers found a good balance on this episode, since it was not all too sad or too ordinary. I also like how the producers started to draw a more adult picture of Tony, since he sometimes tend to place comments awkwardly.
Great performance by Rocky Carroll, as well!
